The W+ Standards logo is the exclusive property of Women Organizing for Change in Agriculture and Natural Resource Management, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the United States.

The W+ logo represents the credibility of a projects that has created increased social economic benefits for women participating in economic development and environmental projects.

Users can acquire a license to display the W+ Standard logo if they sign a legally binding licensing agreement, including terms and conditions of use, with WOCAN.

The terms and conditions are designed to ensure that only parties who uphold WOCAN’s values can acquire a license to display the logo.WOCAN may modify the terms and conditions at any time.

How do I request permission to use W+ logo?

Parties wishing to use the W+ logo should complete a Trademark Use Application.

If the application is approved, WOCAN will prepare a trademark-use license with terms and conditions for using the logo and pre-approved use(s) of the logo.

The W+ Standard trademarks may only be used by organizations or individuals that have obtained authorization, and use must be in compliance with the W+ Standard’s trademark standards and guidelines.

The W+ Standard trademark is the intellectual property of WOCAN and we take the protection and enforcement very seriously. If anyone is infringing our intellectual property rights and we will process it according to W+ Complaints, Disputes and Appeals Process.
